We are currently looking for an Operations Manager/Senior Parking Manager for our Pittsburgh parking operations. This position manages a number of Valet locations, Parking Flat Lots, Garages, etc. This position receives a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Develop and maintain relationships with Hospital’s Management and Administrators
Make decisions that will positively impact the company’s bottom line
Manage responsibilities of field staff
Communicate with field about operational changes
Create solutions for operational problems
Respond to and resolve issues relating to guest service
Work with H.R. for all staffing needs and oversee interviews, hiring and training new employees
Handle/Resolve employee complaints and Issues
Responsible for Employee Terminations
Worker’s Comp Claims Reporting
Approve/Deny trades and time-off
Forecast scheduling needs
Document Damage Claims and report to corporate
Approve/oversee payroll via accurate weekly time sheet submission
Assist HR manager through the payroll process
Complete necessary tasks for our corporate office (Monthly)
Handle/Oversee last minute operational adjustments
Ensure the safety and security of all vehicles and keys at all times.
Ensure the accuracy and compliance of company time and attendance policies and payroll processes
Execute operations in accordance with the policies and procedures specified within the Company Employee Handbook
Minimum 5 years of parking, management experience in the hospitality industry
Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy
Ability to think critically

Ability to communicate clearly and abundantly
Ability to remain calm despite high-stress situations and environments
