This position provides primary leadership and direction for the University route-based shuttle programs and on-demand shuttle services, and oversees coordinated emergency operations for the department. This position is responsible for managing the daily activities of a variety of functions essential to the successful operation of the department’s shuttle services, which provides bus, van, and car transportation to the entire UWM community.

Applicants for this position must have: • Minimum of 1 year experience in the parking or transportation industry • Able to work Monday through Friday from 1pm- 9:30pm
Highly qualified candidates will also have: • Evidence of knowledge of basic computer systems and software and the ability to operate computerized management information systems including spreadsheets. • Evidence of experience with supervisory issues, regulations, policies, and procedures.
