The Transit & Parking Manager is a supervisory, professional level position responsible for the overall administration and management of the Transit & Parking Division of the Public Works Department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: developing, soliciting, and evaluating service contracts for transit and parking; managing service contract delivery and maintaining parking facilities; leading, managing, and directing the work of assigned employees; and representing the Public Works Department in relationships with service providers, citizens and other agencies; and completing administrative functions in the development of policies, management of projects, preparation of budgets, and oversight of grant administration.
Starting salary range of $98,674 to $116,087, depending on qualifications with advancement to $ 145,111. An excellent benefits package is included.

Minimum qualifications include A Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Transportation Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university and four years of increasingly responsible professional experience working in public transit and/or parking including at least two years of supervisory experience.
