We are looking for a service minded leader to manage our SeaTac Jiffy Park operation. This operation offers parking to travelers at SeaTac International Airport. The Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of the valet guest experience from staffing, schedules and payroll to operation financial profitability.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and train supervisors and shuttle drivers.
Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings.
Assist employees in handling customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
Manage employee work hour reports and submit payroll.
Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals.
Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.
Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
Complete required reports.
Respond to operational issues when needed after normal work hours.
Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards for both Propark and the client.
Minimum of 2 years of prior management or supervisory experience.
Ability to train, lead and manage employee teams.
Ability to work on weekends and non-business hours.
Excellent organizational, time management and problem solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time and work outdoors.
Hospitality, hotel, or restaurant experience preferred.
