Seeking an Operations Manager for a major regional hospital (over 9,000 parking stalls) in Doha, Qatar. Employer will be a major international parking services concession located in Doha.
Responsibilities include: Oversight and direction of a large staff including valet, traffic, operations, customer service, supervisory, cleaners, etc. Major responsibility for operating maintenance, and some occasional oversight of selected capital works. Financial collection of validations for patients, and daily revenue from visitors where required.

Doha is the capital of Qatar and is a modern, high rise, full service city with over 1,300,000 residents. Doha has a desert climate; it is almost always sunny, and temperatures can fall as low as 70 degrees in winter and as high as 115 degrees in summer. It is ranked in most studies as one of the top 5 safest cities in the world, the lifestyle is relaxed and there are many consumer and recreational experiences available. Always growing, Doha is now preparing to host the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
This position will be attractive to experienced parking operations professionals who wish to locate for a period of 3 years or more in Doha.
Fluency in English and/or Arabic is preferred.
Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP) is preferred.
Candidates will be required to use their home country national passport to obtain a Qatari working permit (processing completed by the employer, time frame 3 months); compensation will be paid monthly.
Experience 10 years management experience required; 2 years parking operations experience preferred
Additional Salary Information: There are no personal income or sales taxes in Qatar.
3 year term, renewable. All basic health and salary benefits provided. Limited additional benefits are available. Travel, residential, and vacation allowances are negotiable based on experience.
