Conduent is seeking an experienced individual for the position of Program Manager (Manager II) to manage our Parking Citations Management Program for the City of Dallas (Job Number 19015541).
The Program Manager leads the program and is responsible for providing operational management oversight of all the program office services which includes all client interaction. Scope of services for the contract includes providing citation management services, citation enforcement software, cashier operations, and curbside management solutions. Responsibilities include profit and loss (P&L) accountability, resource allocation, problem resolution, budgetary efforts and overall responsibility for the program in all areas including service delivery operations. The Program Manager reviews and resolves issues affecting contract compliance and customer/company objectives. This management position requires advanced communication, management, and technical skills and comprehensive experience in overall administration/management functions, concepts and practices, including technical aptitude for software functionality this role is the primary contact for problem resolution and information/data gathering, and requires possessing and applying advanced policies and procedures to the most complex assignments. Tasks are of an advanced parking and mobility nature.
Experience in dealing with a State & Local Government environment is preferred. Additionally, experience in working within transportation, mobility, and parking environment would be beneficial.
This position is based in Dallas, TX.
Program management experience with 3+ years in a leadership role, including a minimum of 1-year in a large scale, complex project environment
Preferred to have Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or IT curriculum OR equivalent transportation management experience
PMP certification, CAPP and/or Six Sigma preferred
Experience with State & Local government is preferred
