Things You Love To Do
Show off your superior management chops locations in your portfolio by ensuring day-to-day operations are managed in accordance with company policies and procedures. This includes managing large events and valet services.
Deliver quality customer service at each location meeting or exceeding client expectations consistently. Reviewing audit reports, supporting action plans, performing site visits and conducting operational review meetings as needed to meet these mission critical goals.
Create and coach great teams of engaged employees to ensure they consistently perform at a high level. Organize and lead regular meetings to promote open dialogue among the team about policy and procedures, operational challenges and solutions, and updates from headquarters.
Work with HR on recruiting, discipline matters, staff replacement needs, and performance reviews. Also assist with training and development programs for new hires and refresher courses for current employees.
You enjoy working with senior management and clients to ensure revenues are maximized and to help land new business opportunities. This includes working with Business Development resources to write RFP’s, present proposals and help close deals.
Budgeting, analytics and reporting are all in your wheelhouse, whether you are creating budgets, reviewing management reports, P&L reports or client statements you love to ensure actual financial results meet both corporate and client budgeted expectations.
You run a tight ship across all locations to ensure they operate in accordance with company policy including revenue control, equipment maintenance, safety checks, accurate signage and top notch customer service.
Manage a system of audits to ensure that sound operating practices are being met and upheld. This includes lot audits, service audits (valet) and access card audits. The Operations Manager must implement a system of tracking to ensure that all field managers are actively taking part in the process.
Leverage your vast knowledge of parking technologies and innovative processes to help transform facilities into dynamic and efficient parking operations that continually enhance the customer experience.

What You’ll Need to Have
5 years of parking operations leadership experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, Human Resources Administration, Accounting or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
A complete understanding of the overall management requirements involved in all aspects of parking facility operation – from staffing to revenue production/protection to physical condition inspections.
Proven ability to forge strong working relationships with clients, staff, community representatives and other stakeholders.
Knowledge of recruiting, selection, training, supervision and evaluation techniques.
Thorough knowledge of parking facility accounting, auditing and financial reporting techniques and computer skills.
Must have an understanding of general accounting methods and working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products, and Internet applications.
Exceptional interpersonal communication, presentation and writing abilities.
